If you are a first time client, I am more that willing to take the time to chat over coffee so we get to know each other and discover whether we are likely to work well together. For any job which may be more involved, I will also take time to discuss the project with you.
Hourly Rates (as of January 2025)
Hourly home maintenance improvement, construction and handyman services – $40 per hour, plus supplies.
Shop rate (cabinetry construction etc) – $50 /hr
Consulting or other work relying on other technical knowledge varies, but generally $50 per hour
Larger projects we will discuss and negotiate a base rate.
